RUMCHEの2026–27年秋冬コレクションは、ブランド設立から8年を経て、“本編の始まり”を告げるシーズンとなりました。デザイナーの安原璢美は、「いくつかの役割を整理し、手放すことで、これまで以上にRUMCHEの制作に向き合う時間を得た」と語ります。背景にあるのは、セルフケアを通じて心身のバランスを見つめ直した経験。女性の内側に流れる微細な感覚や、目には見えない心の揺らぎに意識を向けることで、内なる声に耳を澄まし、よりパーソナルな感覚でデザインに取り組んでいます。

タロットやオラクルカードに触れたことをきっかけに、安原が直感的に選び取ったキーワードが着想源となっています。カードに記された「Igloo（雪の家）」や「Tea（お茶）」「Soapstone（天然石）」といった内に向かう癒しのエネルギーと、「Curiosity（好奇心）」や「Portal（新しい扉）」という外へ向かうポジティブなエネルギー。静と動、陰と陽。相反するふたつの力の共存がコレクションの軸となり、色彩やシルエットに織り込まれています。

この二面性は、テキスタイルやシルエットにも色濃く表れています。安原自身が描いた二枚の絵画は、今季を象徴する存在です。一枚は、油彩とパステルで「Soapstone」のような柔らかな静寂を描いたグレーの抽象画。もう一枚は、鮮やかなライムグリーンの水彩で「Curiosity」のエネルギーを表現した作品。これらのアートワークはテキスタイルプリントとして、コレクションに抑揚とコントラストをもたらしています。






素材やシルエットにおいても、クラシックなマスキュリンさと繊細なフェミニンさが共存します。イタリア製のスライバーニットやスエード、ピンストライプといった重厚な素材に、イタリアンレースや透け感のあるファブリックを重ねることで、強さと柔らかさを併せ持つ現代的な表情を引き出しました。中でも印象的なのが、独自のタックテクニックによって浮かび上がる「Snowflake（雪の結晶）」のモチーフです。クラシカルなピンストライプ生地にランダムなタックを寄せ、優美なドレープを生み出したワンピースやシャツ、スカートは、“一つとして同じものが存在しない個性”を象徴しています。

また、安原が描いた「Scissors（ハサミ）」「Igloo」「Tea」「Soapstone」のモチーフは、インターシャニットの柄やシャツの刺繍として表現されました。「Curiosity」や「Portal」といったキーワードは、インドの職人によるビーズ刺繍でデコラティブに描かれ、揺れるパールとともに巻きスカートを彩ります。「Scissors」が意味する“形をつくる力”は、スエードのパッチワークジャケットにおいて、構築的なフォルムとして表現されています。

RUMCHEのシグニチャーであるボンドヤーンはチョーカーのほか、ビスチェやベルトとして多様なスタイリングが叶うアイテムとして登場。さらに、刺繍を施したオーガンジーのバンダナやアシンメトリーの付け襟、イタリアンレースのショートパンツなど、細部にまでこだわったディテールが、コレクションに奥行きを与えています。

「服を通して人を元気にしたい」という安原の想いが、今季のものづくりの根底にあります。陰と陽、静と動、火と水。相反するもののバランスを意識して作られた服が、着る人自身のバランスに気づくきっかけとなり、新たな一歩を踏み出す勇気や内なるエネルギーを呼び覚ます存在となりますように。

RUMCHE's Autumn/Winter 2026-27 collection marks a transformative chapter for the brand. Eight years since its inception, designer Rumi Yasuhara describes this season as ‘the beginning of the main story,’one shaped by simplification and focus. By stepping back from multiple roles, she was able to devote herself more fully to RUMCHE's creative process.

This collection emerged from Yasuhara's exploration of the delicate balance between mind and body through wellness practices. Attuned to the subtle energies within and the invisible rhythms of the heart, she discovered inspiration in tarot and oracle cards, intuitively selecting keywords that became the collection's foundation.

Igloo, Tea, and Soapstone embody inward energy: sanctuary, ritual, and stillness. Curiosity and Portal represent outward momentum: discovery, adventure, and transformation. This interplay of opposing forces (yin and yang, stillness and motion, fire and water) forms the conceptual axis, expressed through color, texture, and silhouette.

The collection's duality is anchored by two original paintings by Yasuhara. A gray abstract composition in oil and pastel evokes the tranquil essence of ‘Soapstone,’ while a vibrant lime-green watercolor captures the dynamic energy of ‘Curiosity.’ Both artworks translate into textile prints, creating visual rhythm and contrast throughout the collection.

Materials juxtapose masculine classicism with feminine delicacy. Italian sliver knit, suede, and pinstripe fabrics layer with Italian lace and sheer textiles, achieving a contemporary balance of strength and softness. A signature technique (random tucking on pinstripe fabric) creates the Snow Crystal motif, producing elegant draping on dresses, shirts, and skirts that celebrate individual uniqueness, as ‘no two snowflakes are alike.’

Hand-drawn motifs (Scissors, Igloo, Tea, and Soapstone) appear as intarsia knit patterns and shirt embroidery. Keywords Curiosity and Portal are rendered in decorative bead embroidery by Indian artisans, embellishing wrap skirts with dangling pearls. Scissors, symbolizing ‘the power to shape,’ takes form in architectural suede patchwork jackets.

RUMCHE's signature bond yarn returns in versatile applications: chokers, bustiers, and belts. The collection features meticulous details including embroidered organza bandanas, asymmetric collars, and Italian lace shorts, adding layers of sophistication and depth.

"I want to energize people through clothing," says Yasuhara. This desire underpins the collection's philosophy. Designed with conscious awareness of opposing forces (yin and yang, stillness and motion, fire and water), each garment invites wearers to recognize their own inner balance, find courage to embrace new beginnings, and awaken dormant energy within.
